<p class="MsoNormal">I have four available. </p><p class="MsoNormal">3 Optronics Black Eye dual 18” fluorescent backlights. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">All have had some modification to improve on them. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">$20 each. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">In the pictures below from left to right. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Left- </p> <p class="MsoNormal">I replaced the 12v plug with a beefier one that has a LED power indicator. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">I shortened the cord to 5’ to make it easier to avoid tangles. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Electrical tape at the edges to keep the lenses from coming off when your fiddling with it. The stock tabs that hold the lenses on are a pretty lousy design and the tape is good insurance. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">UV bulb is a CH lighting F15T8 BLB (BLB stands for BlackLight Blue)</p> <p class="MsoNormal">White bulb is a Velcor FL15 WT 8 Daylight extra brightness. </p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Middle-</p> <p class="MsoNormal">14 ft cord with an upgraded beefier plug with a LED power indicator. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Electrical tape to keep the lenses on. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">The four way switch is a little stiff ever since this one took a short swim one day. It was unpowered immediately and left to dry for a week before powered up again. Still works fine now a year later. I still use it every trip. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">UV bulb is a CH lighting F15T8 BLB</p> <p class="MsoNormal">White bulb is a Velcor FL15 WT 8 Daylight extra brightness</p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Right-</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Replaced cord with a stretchy coiled cord to help reduce tangles. About 8ft long unstretched. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Plug replaced to a plug with a LED power indicator. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Lenses stay on solid. No electrical tape needed. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">White bulb switched out to a BLB bulb. </a></p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Nite III’s </p> <p class="MsoNormal">10 leds low power consumption. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">I disassembled this and put aluminum tape on it to help reflect more light forward. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">It is good for is tying lines in the boat or illuminating the dashboard. </p> <p class="MsoNormal">If you have low amounts of ambient light around you may find this to be pretty effective for a casting light, but my preference is for a little more visible spectrum light in the mix.

Ive still got like 14 pounds of these awesome salamanders around from my shopping like a girl and buying too many this winter. I finally got to get out and use some of these and I'm loving the split belly on them.
