They still do not clarify if the boats ramps are going to be closed. This reads to me that they are addressing the parks, walking trails and picnic areas.

TVA is closing ramps but TWRA is not. Bill Lee designated outdoor recreation as an essential activity in his Executive order. The Feds have no authority to close state waters without congressional action.

all dams and state ramps will be closed but i think all TRWA ramps will be open.Shaun (game warden said fish) he posted it on Facebook.things may have changed since he posted it.

At least TWRA policy makes some sense. Using a ramp while practicing social distancing will always be a lot safer than going into a wal-mart, and it doesn't seem that WM will be closing anytime soon ! Solution: Show up at TVA HQ with a couple of hundred of our closest friends, while wearing masks and keeping 6 feet apart (of course). Complaining won't solve the problem !
