I just had a buddy that about got hit by a certain boat down there and was trying to see if it was the same person. I'm not bashing anyone, I know there are two sides to every story. Seems like their was a few close calls before the actually accident so obviously there was some kind of issue.

Not referring to your post GA, there were a lot of boats down there Saturday. The boats involved were a Bullet and a Stratos. It was raining so hard, I decided to stay put during the worst of the rain. With three tournaments on a small body of water it get's crowded pretty fast. I was a passenger in a boating accident in 1986 where there was a fatality. It can happen very fast. TWRA does a good job in investigating accidents.

I'm the owner of the stratos that was hit by the bullet. The rain was very light at the time of the accident. We were both lucky in that it was no worse than it was. That being said twra came and made a report and the incident will be handled between me and the other person involved and that is where this needs to end.

Well put, and handled legally with TWRA, and even better man-to-man. We all make mistakes and don't need to bash or be bashed over them. I have come close through both my own fault and by other's mistakes. If you really think that knowing with whom the fault lies is important, wait for the report and get the actual facts. For the rest of us, it is good to hear about the accident to help make each of us safer.
