It's crazy how this lake fish's! Totally different from last year. Didn't really have high hopes for this one thinking 20lbs was gonna take it and all I've been on are solid keepers but that's fishing. All n all Billy and I had a dang blast from sit down to dark more than likely 150 Fish and a billion strip no joke serious ! Everthing worked but primarily moving baits and and worms 18 to 25 fow. But as soon as it was dark it was a waste land nothing sonar was blank moved around looking 100 yard circle it was bare nothing. It's crazy???????????????? Explain that one . So we went hunt for at least one good fish after dark but could only upgrade once . Thought we was gonna get wet. As the dark night sky turned a grayish white but only a lite mist got us. But we were lucky enough to win and big fish thanks to the tx committee for their time and effort And I'd like to thank Gary (dd22) for keeping me fishing during the week when work and long hours run me over and kick me
