Well it has been over a year since I've been on Chickamauga and with all you guys posting about how on fire it is I couldn't pass up the opportunity to take a trip down. I started out throwing a spook off of some main channel points without the first hit. After three or four points with nothing happening I'm not gonna lie I was doubting myself as a fisherman 
and so was my brother in law! So after doing some riding and looking I found a good creek fed cove that had quite a bit of cover on it so I decided to fish it! And it paid off big time! emoBigsmile Out of this one cove we boated probably 10-15 bass with the smallest being 14 inches and the largest being a 4.5 pounder! All the fish came off a Texas rig and shaky head! It was a great day for sure! Once the sun got up the bite slowed and all the big boats decided to come out and play so we called it a day around noon, but I'm already trying to figure out when I'm going to be able to get back down there! Love that lake!
