CFF #2

Do we have a plan of action yet? I know the river park lot and ramp are not big enough to hold 2 tourneys. The dam is still spilling over 100cfph which has caused tva to shut down the ramps on the river temporally and with more rain set to hit us and the surrounding area before the 10th it will probably still be spilling for CCF #2. We need to develop a back up plan.

Can we verify that the High School Tx. is still on? We are supposed to get another 3 in. of rain Wed. and Thurs. but with 10 days to go before our Tx. who knows what will happen with the Wx. or the flow of current?

I've been checking the 10 day forecasts for areas up river from us and there is a good chance we're going to get more rain up river from us the weekdays before our Tx. That could keep the dam cranking here.

I ran by the river month ramp Sunday to see if I could find times. Do we know who is in control of the park, parks and rec? We could call and maybe reserve. Then come up with a backup ramp and announce both.....?

I think we wait just a bit and see what the river current flow does. I would rather it bit a little high than a little low. I know it supposed to rain today and Thursday but it looks like we may get some relief next week.

True, maybe make some decisions by Sunday? I still like coming up with a second option and announcing it early. Definitely not the next 2 days, it may not turn out as bad as forcasted, but announce maybe Sunday the ramp we'd prefer to go out of, and a backup option if that ramp doesn't work. That should give us till later next week to make the final decision.

I'm with Earl, any confirmationon the high school tournament at the riverpark (sorry if already was confirmed).

Also, I've put in a couple requests for some info on Rivermont boat ramp with the city. Need to find out if that's even an option.....

Lets try to get a plan together before this weekend and announce it as our back up plan that way people know what to expect incase they are planning on prefishing some this weekend. One of those we plan fish the riverpark on the 10th if we can but if we're washed out this is what we are doing instead. We could move the launch ramp down lower on nick or maybe swap the tourney lakes and fish chick again on the 10th and go out of the river park on the 24th

the flow is down to only 88,000 this morning! We have a little more rain predicted but I don't think it is much. The flow should decrease some more this week I think? Is there anyone we can call to verify this HS Tx.? Does anyone know?

On Facebook, it's TBNSoutheast. There is an update on the posts that the tournament is now out of Shellmound, so I'm guessing it did move. I emailed the contact on that page. I'm just scared there may be another tournament.

If that is the case, I am cool with staying at the Riverpark. I was wondering about doing a 6:45 blast off with no wake out to avoid any objects.

Online their is a southeast / Tennessee bass nation high school/youth- southeast at river park I can’t see that it’s been changed

The one that changed is NBT Bass and the one scheduled is TBN southeast now I’m not saying that it is still scheduled but that’s what I found on line I didn’t see any contact person on the fb site
