CFF #4, what will it take to win this one? and who?

Someone commented on another post and said there is a 3rd tournament with 60 boats in it. If that's the case I'm turning on the go pro because it's going to be a show at the ramp lol

I saw that too but have no idea who might have sixty boats, I think someone may be doing a little scar tactic or counting all three. Have not seen a sixty boat tournament in a while unless it was the CBA or another big group.. emoScratch Jmax

We got this going on in two different posts. emoDoh Looks like there are four tournaments now. CFF, the ABA Div. 30, Middle TN bass club and Tri-Lakes Trail. That should/would add up to about 130 boats. emoCrazy Talk about a mess, all out of that one little ramp there at Shellmound. emoEek Jmax

I still like Sullivan's as it's right in the middle of the lake. I also think it's very dangerous when the boats heading upriver encounter the boats coming out of MCP as the river is pretty narrow there.

Isn't that going to happen no matter where you take out of? Even if we launch out of Sullivan's any boats heading downriver are going to encounter boats coming up river from MCP and Shellmound. Then looking at the width of the river right past Bennett's Lake that is more narrow then in front of MCP. emoScratch Jmax

The area out in front of Marion County can be down right dangerous boats and bridges is a bad combo.

So if you guys have say 60 teams of your seventy listed, and we have say 30, then ABA has 20 and the Middle TN bunch has 20....holly molly....that is 130 boats out of Shellmound!!! Jmax

Cannon county bass club will also be launching from shellmound this lake will be packed Sat. We average 20 or so boats.

Please note that the ramp location for CFF no. at the Nick has been changed to the Serindino ramp just below the Old Hales Bar Dam where you see all the barges that are being worked on.

I'm at a loss for words - Now if you would have said "Choochoosnakeman nets 11 pounds" then that might be more like it. emoLaugh But hey it could happen - I had 13 lbs in one of our events so it is possible. Anyway thanks Bettlespin - you made me laugh - I'd love to have 11 lbs Saturday - if Jmax would then do his usual part we would have a good chance at winning. I've finished 2nd a few times but have never won a CFF - maybe Saturday will be my day emoTongue
