Hope you're wrong Chris, but I'm not betting on this one. Although we have all heard before about how great Ok States offense is and how the SEC can't hang with. I think that's what they said the last time we opened this season against them. Turned out to be a bad day for the Okies. If our defense can hold them under 28, I think we take the win. BUT, I am hearing some reports that Ben Jones went down with a foot/ankle injury today. Ben was a true freshman last year that started the last 9 games at center and was going to be one of the best players on the line this year. This is all rumors at this point, but Richt was quoted as saying "No comment" when asked about it after practice.

My dad and mon both went to school at Ok State and they are a football program on the rise.. Bulldogs better not under estimate them..
Kiffin brings a lot of energy to our Vols i sure hope its a good year.. should be interesting to say the least

Now I will agree that they will be a tough team this year. One of the best offensive tandems in the land with the QB, WR, and RB. But they won't be able to score at will against SEC defenses. That is proven every time the Big 12 faces off against the SEC.

Right. Respect, fear, reverence...all the same. I have a fear for the DAWGS against any SEC team...Ole Miss VS Florida 2008...In the SEC you never know. I love when UGA plays TN But I worry at the same time. All time records are great and all but its year to year. Who wouldve thought Tee Martin would have the Nat Title the year after Manning was gone? History is great but...
