Im all for being able to lock through in most cases, but if no other tournament allows it, then the same rules should apply to the classic.

Thats the thing though Chris, our Classic is completely different than our other tournaments already. It will be a 5 fish limit instead of 3 and it will go to 4pm instead of 2pm, as well as double entry and double payouts

I would not allow the lock thru. It just defeats the spirit of cff tournaments. I bet there will be more grass on chick this year than people think. Just my $.02. I just hope to fish some soon.

dont mean to add to the confusion nor toss a monkey wrench in the mix but I really like the idea of a two day tournament for the classic. Maybe have one day at Chickamauga and one day at Nickajack, this way you get to fish different patterns and water. Just a thought. I just hope my work schedule allows me to fish enough to qualify for it. I've already missed the first two.

We never really dicussed that in length but I do like the idea. The only way I'd be game though is without eliminations. Total 2 day weight payouts.

Thing is...its tough for some to make 2 straight days.

yeah I think it will be tough for alot of people to do that but it sure would be sweet if we could all pull it off. I look at it as double the competition and double the fun. Plus if you tank on day one theres a chance for a comeback on day two. I'm sure they'll figure it out. I just want to be able to fish it this year period!!!!

I think the two day classic would be great and make it interesting but lets keep it on the same lake, it would be hard to practice for both lakes. FOR those that have to work . emoParty emoPoke emoToast DD22FISH

If I had a boat that could travel that distance it would be a factor for me. I would rather fish Nick. in October. I want to see how well you fair on Chick in October. Oh are you related to Betty Humpter by chance?
