I'm very proud of it. Growing it out to donate to Locks of Love in memory of my sister, Jan Brackett. God gave me an abundance of hair so I am going to hopefully put it to good use and maybe it will provide somebody with a decent wig.

That's awesome! My sister did it a few years ago. I think she gave 16" if I'm not mistaken. My wife donated hers as well last year. She gave 14" when she did it. There are several other organizations out there that do the same thing, they all just have different length requirements and such.

It takes a LONG time to grow it out. I've been growing mine for over 2 years now and it still isn't long enough to donate. Hopefully by Spring I will have enough to cut off and donate. I went from bald to what I've got now. Talk about extremes. LOL
