Here is a pic of a couple of bass caught yesterday. The one in my right hand weighed 12lbs 6oz. The one in my left hand was a nice one as well. Unfortunately, there is only one other pic of the big one and it is on my friends phone. He transported the big fish and eight others I caught between 5 and 9lbs to an undisclosed location. LOL. My dad and I went to my place at Weiss last evening so my friend hauled the fish around most of the day before bringing them to my place last night. Anyway, I am thinking of a replica on the 12lber. She was 27.5 inches long and had a 20inch girth. Boy, what a fight. Crod

Oh, most all the fish were caught on Senkos in two feet of water or less. I did catch a couple of six pounders on a sexy shad spinnerbait made by Phil Turner at Pro Lures. He makes some great spinnerbaits.

Thanks. It was quite a fight on 10lb line. I had down sized line so senko would work like I wanted. It was nerve racking. Dad did a great job with the net.

Was throwing a watermelon red senko. weightless. 10lb line on a spinning rod. difinitely nerve racking getting the larger fish in but got me alot more bits. had I been in a tournament, all would have probably broken my line. LOL.
