Back in the 90's I won a half day fishing trip on the TN River with Pro Anger Steve Daniels. I took my 5 year old son, Logan along with me. On the way to meet Steve at the ramp I was explaining to my son about Steve and how he was a "Professional Fisherman" and went all over the country fishing tx's. Of course Logan asked "Is he a better fisherman than you dad?" He is I said. If any of you know Steve, he likes to throw a big jerkbait. He threw that jerkbait the whole time we fished together on the river and didn't get a bite. Meanwhile Logan and I were fishing texas rigged worms and were catching fish after fish. After Logan and I had boated about 10-15 fish. Logan turned to me and used his loudest voiceand exclaimed "Dad are you sure he's a Pro?, because he sure can't catch any fish". Steve just smiled and continued to throw that jerkbait. After we were done, Steve autographed a picture card for Logan that he still has today.
