Not a whole lot to say. We ran down river and Jerry caught a keeper first thing on a C rig. We both missed several "funny" bites on the C rig and jig both? The I caught a 3.9 on a jig. About that time we got a little rain, a shower and it got windy, but nothing major. We worked our way back up river and caught several dinks on a spinner bait. Finally I got our third keeper on a spinner bait. It was a poor 'ol skinny fish but it measured. I felt sorry for it. It certainly needed to eat something! We went into CFP for the last hour and caught three or four more dinks and Moses culled out my skinny fish. That was it! We probably caught about 12 all on the afore mentioned baits and all fish were in 4 / 15 fow. I also had several missed, short strikes on the blade? I really don't know why we had so many little "bump" bites and no hook ups? Did anyone else notice how much warmer the water was in the last few days? From about 76/ 78 up to 84 / 86 degrees. But I'm glad we went down river and missed the storm! Congrats to all the winners. Leonard and Tonya are kick'in some butt! See 'ya all next month!

I didn't mention in my post but we did have plenty of those "funny" feeling bumps and misses. I almost didn't even swing on our biggest fish. Good job getting a limit.
