Enterprise South Hunt

FINALLY got drawn for the VW plant!! Any of you guys ever hunted it that can give me some ideas on where to start looking?? Havent been on that property in 15+ years....Does anyone know if they will announce a scout-date for this WMA??

As always, appreciate any advice!

I got drawn for it also. Been waiting years to hunt it. I've heard that there is no scout dates. The area is now a nature area, where you can go anytime. I know they have a hiking trail thats open.

open to everyone. There are still areas that you cant hunt. You can only hunt the nature area. I know you cant hunt anywhere off of hickory valley road. You have to go in entrance to vw plant I believe. The nature area is in there. I will find out more later. I'm going to drive through there this evening after it cools down some.

Depends on your definition of anywhere. Your allowed to park within reason anywhere in the designated hunting area. Going off-road is not persmissable. </p>

Mostly the new park, because theres nothing left but the park. With VW and amazon taking most

They will be giving everyone a map as you enter and you have to carry it at all times with your permit. That way you have no excuse for being where you are not suppose to be.there is some area in the back you can hunt and access through the nature area.in the past there seam to be more hunters wanting to ride the roads than hunt. Saw pics of the deer that were around there during the sitework at the VW plant. There are some seriously fine looking bucks running around on that ground. Bust you one, good luck.
