had a good day at the ole stompin ground, with a handful of keeper fish and an equal amount of short guys. started off with the early-morning buzzbait bite and missed a few at daylight. as the morning progressed I went to crankin and spinnin, but eventually hung in there with the worm, as Adam C. was having much success. Our best fish never saw 3lbs but we had some nice twos, give or take. the worm seemed to be the order of the day. we had a lot of fun and the weather was great. Special thanks to Angie P. and her new camera. Its not every day that you have a professional photographer to document a good day of fishing.

Looks like a fun trip and some great photos. A lot better than all the hold the fish up shots I usually do. Interesting boat, is that a flower pot in the boat??
Enjoyed the report, thanks for posting.

Regards, Labman

I'm glad you enjoyed the report. My boat is your standard flatbottom, with some customized decking, universal console, and paint. The flower pot is a result of AdamC and AngieP's flower shop business, specializing also in wedding photography -- dog not included. The flowers therein are some random plants they collected on restroom breaks and so forth. Post Script: I appreciate your hold-up shots, makes for a good post and I always check them out.
