Time: 8am-1pm / Weigh In at 1:15

Crappie for Canines Tournament Rules 2013
1. Entry fee for the tournament is $30 per boat. Registration and signed waiver form is required. This is a team tournament. One or two anglers make up a team. (Children under the age of ten will not count.)
2. Single-member teams are permitted but must pay the $30 entry fee.
3. Prizes are as follows:
First Place = $200 cash
Second Place = Tow Boat U.S. Membership and Prize Package (tote bag, t-shirt, and hats)
Third Place = Mr. Crappie Rod & Reel, Various Colors Soddy Custom Tackle Baby Shad Jigs
4. Big Fish = $100 Visa Gift Card (To Qualify, Make a donation to Goodwill Assistance Dog Academy at sign in)
5. All Teams or entrants must take off from Harrison Bay State Park at 8 a.m. by whistle blown by Tournament Director.
6. All crappies must be caught during tournament hours 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., and all entrants must be in the weigh-in line by 1:15 p.m. or be disqualified.
7. No passengers and/or spectators allowed with the Team while tournament fishing.
8. Each team must fish together as a Team, one team per boat. This includes pontoon boats.
9. All Teams must comply with all state (Tennessee) regulations and boating regulations while fishing the tournament.
10. All crappies must be alive when they are brought to weigh-in. All live fish at weigh-in will be returned to the lake.
11. Anglers may bring up to five (5) crappie to weigh-in.
12. The winner will be determined by the total weigh of five (5) crappie. In the event of a tie between Teams, the weight of the largest crappie will determine the winner. If that is also a tie, the winner will be determined by coin flip.
13. For Big Fish consideration, entrants must make a donation to the Goodwill Assistance Dog Academy at sign-in, and only one Big Fish per participant will be weighed in at the scales.
14. The Tournament Director has the right to disqualify any questionable fish.
15. The Tournament Director, who reserves the right to make additional rules conducting the Crappie Tournament if circumstances require the change, will make all the decisions regarding compliance with these rules and interpretation of these rules.
16. The Tournament and its representatives and Sponsors are not responsible for any theft or injury that may occur at the event.
17. Weigh-in location is at Harrison Bay State Park Boat Ramp.
18. All participants must fish from boat.
