Thanks to Puddle and Spur for the fine evening at Sticky Fingers, I had a good time and had some fine food too. Hopefully this will move into something that a lot more on the forum will enjoy. Maybe we can do this about every 2 weeks or so, it will take that long to burn off the calories from tonight. Let's keep in touch with each other on this.</p>

You will have to ask the CEO,President, Chairman of the board, and financial secretary about the next meeting. His name is Mr. Puddle Jumper. I am just a lowly, newly initiated member of this orginazation who was inducted into this highly saute after membership just last night. I hope I passed muster of the membership committe by showing up and eating my share of ribs. I hold membership number 0000000000003. I just follow orders from above.

Does Whitwell have a Western Sizzlin???  My family originally settled in Whitwell when we came from NC in the 1830s.  We would be honored to have a WS in our hometown

Brandon, talk to Puddle about the next "Team Fatboy" meeting and date., I mentioned the Western Sizlin in Jasper and not whitwell which doesn't have a sizler. I believe they have BBQ on thursday nite, I will check it out.

I called the Western Sizlin in Jasper this morning, they have BBQ on thursday evening. All you can eat for $8.49 plus drink. They have pork ribs, pulled pork, BBQ chicken, baked beans, etc. Everything on the bars for this one price plus all of the deserts, ice cream.

Any day other then Thursday is good for me. I already offered a date up in my last post for the next meeting.
