Great Suggestions! More than my IPoad Gift Card can handle... but I'm saving the list and sooner or later, I'll have them all... except for "Funky Chicken!"

Sorry Eric... got to draw the line on that one.

But watch for a silver G3 with RSimms rockin' out on the front deck! emoDance

ONe of my favorites from Brad Paisley from the new album 5th gear: 5. I'm Still A Guy

and of course .. by same band
Fish On
Over the falls

and you cant have the Primus experience without the song ( My Name is Mud ) and Primus ( Dueling Banjos )

Of course this wont be music most loved on here except to people who love hard rock .. and even then primus is an acquired taste kinda like oysters, beer, and chicken livers

Whatever you choose, just keep the volumn down and don't share it with everyone on the lake like the kids in those big ski boats do with their so called music. My ears are still ringing from trying to fish Saturday morning. You could hear them miles away - they will be deaf by 40.

I hear ya man .. the wake board boats are the worst for volume levels, I never bring a radio etc when I go .. I just jam on the way to lake

"Five Pound Bass" Robert Earl Keen
"I'm going Fishing" Doc Watson
"Great American Fisherman" Bobby Bear (Roland Martin Theme Song)
"East Bound and Down" Jerry Reed (Perfect Blast off song)
"I wish i was fishing the Chickamauga Creek" Roger Alan Wade (Who also wrote Country State of Mind)

OK, thanks for all the suggestions. Below is what I've ended up with (and can afford) at this point. Come go fishing. Even if we don't catch anything, we can listen to some good music (Ronnie, I promise I won't play it too loud. emosmile):

Black Water... The Doobie Brothers
Born On the Bayou... Creedence Clearwater Revival
Country Boy Can Survive... Hank Williams, Jr.
Devil Went Down to Georgia
Down to the River... From "O' Brother, Where A'rt Though"
Drift Away... Uncle Kracker
Fishin' in the Dark... The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band
GrabbleSong
Hillbilly Deluxe... Brooks & Dunn
I'm Gonna Miss Her... Brad Paisley
It's a Great Day to Be Alive... Travis Tritt
It's Five O'Clock Somewhere... Alan Jackson & Jimmy Buffett
Jaws Theme... Drew's Famous Halloween Horror
Jeremiah Was a Bullfrog
Kokomo... The Beach Boys
Lord Have Mercy On a Country Boy... Josh Turner
Louisiana Saturday Night... Mel McDaniel
Margaritaville... Jimmy Buffett
Free Willy Theme
Mountain Music... Alabama

Redneck Yacht Club... Craig Morgan
River of Dreams... Billy Joel
(Sittin' on) The Dock of the Bay... Otis Redding
Song of the South... Alabama
Sweet Home Alabama... Lynyrd Skynyrd
Tennessee River... Alabama

I'm glad you got Lord Have Mercy On a Country Boy... doesn't it give you chills?

I'll have to come jam out with you soon!

I like that Otis Redding song Sittin on the Dock of the Bay, great relaxing song. If I'm fishin I usually have the radio on US101 country, but just loud enough that I can barely hear it. KZ106 sometimes, but can rarely pick it up on the lake.

Okay, Richard here is my $.02 for songs - artist:

Great Gettin Up Morning - Corner Stone
Agualung - Jethro Tull
Barracuda - Heart
Boat Drinks - Jimmy Buffet
Fins - Jimmy Buffet -("fins to the left, fins to the right")
Fishin In The Dark - The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band

A special catfishermen section:
It's A Long Way To The Top - AC/DC
Sea Of Holes - The Beatles Yellow Submarine
Sea Of Monsters - The Beatles Yellow Submarine
Sea Of Time - The Beatles Yellow Submarine

Song everyone should avoid!!!
