so, got out for a couple of hours after work yesterday. DAMN! i under estimated the wind chill, it was freaking cold! checked a couple of shell beds, fish have vacated the first one but the next 2 they were home 
before i get to that....throwing a cb around some rocks, fish knocked the FIRE out of my cb, pulling hard kind of got excited thinking of a "BIG" but it was big ole drum! about 7-8lbs with only the bill of the cb sticking out of its mouth. on to the shellbeds, fish mashed a lipless cb. all less than 6fow, water temp 49/50 and the wind had the water churned up pretty good. ended up catching 12-15 before going home to get warm. gonna take a SACK this weekend in the cba.
