Fished the CCC tournament today. Started off with more motor trouble but got it going so I decided not to run the whole lake like usual and stay close to CFP. Went to a bluff on the main river and only caught one throwback. Left the bluff and went to a dock that usually holds fish. No takers. Went to a brushpile in 14 FOW. Started catching fish on a 10 count. Caught around 40 or so crappie, about 15 to 20 keepers. Didn't keep an actual count. Some were just barely keepers. I threw them back but the ones I kept were 10 1/8 to 11 inches. Nothing to brag about. But I was able to bring 7 fish to the scales. BG key lime pie on 1/32 jig head #2 hook. Water temp when I looked at it was 63.9.
