Flipped Boat

A few teenage boys flipped a 10 foot flatbottom while duck hunting Nov. 26 north of Sequoyah. Does anyone on here know of a recovery diver that can recover a few valuable items. There boat was stolen along with some gear that was floating after they left. I know the approximate location and max depth would be 15'. Thanks just trying to help them before the items are ruined.
