Saw these online last night , 2 places had them for under $500 , saw it first while "shopping" on amazon , it was one of their Lightning deals also with free shipping . I know its hard to compete with the big box stores ,

been there , tried doing that !

Are you able to beat that deal ? I need something new desperately LoL , still have an old fish easy up front and it aint easy at all hehehe . I'm still doing my reaseach , i hear good and bad on these and the Lowrance

models I look at , all depends on the reviewers opinion it seems . Would make a nice Christmas gift for ME , me thinks !! Just trying to make sure I get something on the first try that I like and happy with .

Thank you for the price request. I do not advertise the price on this unit or any other model that is restricted by MAP as it is a violation of "MAP" manufacture advertised price policies to do so. As a authorized dealer I am not one to violate that policy.

Check your sources David, there are no MAP restrictions on the 598c, to my knowledge, to violate.

Thank you for your concern to my post Johnny. I was simply responding to PM' asking why I do not list the prices. "I simply do not spend a lot of time following other dealers post and do my own thing". As I had discussed with you in a reply to your PM inquiring about this there are pricing discrepancies to the "list price" vs "MAP" and I simply choose to stay the course. I guess you are watching my post a thought I was calling you out. Simply not the case.
