forward/reverse problem

hey James yes i got it fixed but after a day out the cable actually broke..Under further inspection the throttle control cable is dry rotted at the connection so i just decided to replace both cables and ends.I have ordered a new set of cables. Thanks again for the part and your willingness to help

I probably had cables!!!!!! I have more mercury cables than OMC but do have some. Just let me know if you need help with the control box.
