Well I didn't do to good in the tournament yesterday but I just wanted to say I had a great time fishing and enjoyed meeting some of you guys . I think the cff tournaments are ran well and I'm glad I decided to fish them. Thanks Seth Coleman for being a great fishing partner and Patrick I hope your able to get your boat fixed quickly. See y'all at the next tournament.

Amen! Yeah Seth-we didn't get to talk at the weigh in-but your victory dance was entertaining! emoBigsmile
Still would like to hear what happened to Patricks boat. He hit something and knocked a hole in it?

I was very excited to win a door prize and weigh in the 1 diseased looking fish we had:) As for Patrick, I don't think he hit anything. I think a live well hose busted or something like that??? Not sure, waiting to hear what he has to say about it, just glad he got in before it sank!

Ya it was a slow day fishing but i always love being on the water just to take in all the scenery and the wildlife. I talked to Patrick after the tourney he said he didn't hit anything. It was a valve on his live well that broke.

The very first day I got my bass boat a friend and I took it to Chickamauga dam and headed up river I had no experience driving a boat my friend did a storm came up quick so we headed toward ramp wind blowing straight up river the waves were at least 3 ft. So I had my boat wide open I jumped 1 wave and speared the second one I ducked behind console friend held on for dear life I stopped the boat so he could clear the water from his lungs and the first thing he said was were the hell is the life jackets and he quickly put one on. We slowly headed towards the marina at the dam and fished about 30 more mins when we pulled the boat out of the water the truck couldn't hardly pull it out. When I pulled the plug water gushed out buddy said that's way to much water opened back off boat and my starting battery wasn't tied down so it had broken live well feed pipe I think if it hadn't been a Triton I think it would have sank.
