Grab a handful of Gambler Lures and get yourself registered. You should go over the official rules on your own, but in a nutshell: 1) No entry fee, 2) Open for anyone to fish 3) Gambler Lures only, 3) Register online at <www.gambler-bang.com>.

This year it will be a 5-fish limit since it's being held earlier in the year than the previous event.

When: May 9th, 2015

Where: Dayton Boat Dock

How to get the bait: 1) Check out the tackle shop at Dayton Boat Dock, 2) Order from the new Gambler Lures smartphone app, or 3) good ol' Tackle Warehouse.

It's a fun tourney Fred, the folks that run it are top notch. It was super hot last year, I think 15 lbs won it. It'll be better with it bein in May this year.

Safe daylight is start time. No pre-registration meeting. Byron will usually show up early to sell some last minute Gambler baits. They'll go first come, first served.

I signed up for this with my Daughter but I am totally lost up on that end of the lake. Hope the weather is good so I can run to the lower end.

what about bullet weights and hooks, do they have to be gambler not sure if gambler even makes a hook
