Re: Gambler Lures 2nd Annual Free Entry tournament

I was getting ready to ask that same question. Please post the answer if you find out.

Re: Gambler Lures 2nd Annual Free Entry tournament

Hooks, weights and A-rigs can be of any brand. If the technique requires a weighted head you must use the Gambler brand (shakey heads, jigs, swimbait heads, etc.). Belly weighted hooks, specifically, can be any brand.

Update:

Gambler has shut off the pre-registration. You can still register the morning of the tournament, and there won't be a late fee. At close of business 5/5/15 there were 67 boats at the cutoff.

As for product, Dayton Boat Dock got a new shipment today, and will be receiving another in the morning. Word is he's got the good stuff.

Also, right now Tackle Warehouse is offering $10 overnight shipping on orders over $50. Some of you may want to group your orders and get the merchandise by Friday.

I have never been to the Dayton boat docks. Anything special I need to know? I assume plenty of parking? What time should I arrive to allow plenty of time for launch and sign in?

Re: Gambler Lures 2nd Annual Free Entry tournament

They held bassfest here and the FLW tourney a few years ago, there is plenty of room. New ramps too, easy enough to get in and out of.
