Getting back at it after few weeks off. How have the dog days been?

I know the lake has been a zoo on the weekend afternoons and fishing was tough 3 weeks ago. Looks like some of the reported weights from tourneys is improving some. Basically, How's the fishing been? Plan to get out early early Sat or Sun. Maybe both.

I went today and it was awful. Boated the only 3 bites I got and they were on no particular pattern. I cut out at 2. I was the last one in the parking lot so I guess the few other guys I saw had the same luck

Went out yesterday and it was pretty bad. I caught one at 8:00am and that was it. They may be out deep on ledges, that’s about all I didn’t try.

I checked 10 or so ledges and most had no bait and no fish. Found one that had a good stack on it but they weren't eating.
