Just some talk, we are trying to get someone to coach at each school, we have one that said he will coach Ringgold

Walker is welcome, I'll have posters and sign up sheets ready tomorrow, we need to get them out ASAP If anyone can help get them out to your local school I can meet with you Saturday.we do need help with this. Thanks

I work at LFO High School, and I have talking to some of my students about High School Fishing Teams. I have several intrested. I live in Soddy-Daisy and I know several kids on their team. Questions I have 1. What State (lakes) would we be fishing? 2. What time of Year would we fish? These are two important questions I have.
If You could drop the info off at the school I will be sure to get the word out. Leave it in the office for Mike Mayfield. Thanks

Feb or March -June lakes will be chick-nick and maybe Carter's . But to fish the state tournament you have to fish within your state

It should be noted that we are forming Northwest Georgia High School Anglers Assoc (NGHSAA) as an all inclusive club that is NOT associated with any school system for the first year to try & streamline the process of getting this off the ground. The kids will fish for their school respectively but the schools will not be involved. For instance, if a kid attends Northwest Whitfield HS he will fish with a Northwest jersey. After this first year each school is welcome to pull away & start their own club if they wish to do so. We felt this was the best way to move the idea forward & have everyone operating under the rules, regs, etc.

We need volunteers, especially representatives/coaches for several schools. Call Greg at his number above or myself to discuss the details.
