Call it drama if you like, but there are rules for everyone to abide by, and like with any sport, you always have somebody that thinks they are above the rules. Its not tattling or anything if someone suspects wrong doing. Im glad the matter is cleared up, but for you guys that dont fish TX's , please dont make light of someone doing something "by mistake" or "being touchy". This is just as serious as breaking any rule in any sport.</p>

If someone is sitting on a spot and waiting for someone to get there to fish it, then that's cheating. I would be really upset if i was coming to fish this spot and someone was just setting there not casting and waiting to give it to someone else. That's low down.

I just wish someone would show me the holes that they want to have sitted on! That would make me feel a lot better about the whole subject! I promise!

These guys were actually fishing, I just got suspicious with the whole situation. I did talk to a club member and e-mailed back and forth with the guy I met at the ramp. Everything has been settled to everyone's satifaction and we're all cool. They are a bunch of good guys, and all of them appreciated my concern for fairness. It is easy to cheat in this sport and it ruins it for everyone, especially 2nd place! We can only police ourselves. Besides, Shiftworker was right, who would sit on that hole?
