No doubt bad winds are blowin' for Phil, but it's hard for me to believe they will fire a guy with one of the best (if not THE best) career win/loss records in the nation.

Look at his record for the past 10 years against top competition. That's why he needs to leave gracefully before they dump him. Fullmer said on TV just a few minutes ago that he wanted only the best for Tennessee. If he really meant that, he would render his resignation.
