<div>This is what Hunter Harassment looks like,  Jim Hendon of Dunlap is working with a real nut job Bill Barfield who lives near the wooded area where I hunt and are attempting to run me out of the area I score big each year.  I have every right to be there ...  Jim Hensom knows I have the very best spot and wants to trespass with me gone.  "Ain't gonna Happen"</div>

I filed Hunter Harassment charges last year in Van Buren County Courts but the Ass DA was boob teased and said he had more important things to deal with...  Like Pot smokers...</p>

Deer season is here again and so are the  harassments.  The Names are "PUBLIC RECORD" due to the public court case so don't think I am springing something new.</p>

Opening Day last Saturday Bill Barfield had his 13 year old kid on the hood of an old camo dodge pick-up and was crashing through the area where I was in my deer stand to run the deer into the next county.  Doing Donuts and knocking down saplings.  I am very surprised he did not run over his kid and kill him.</p>

Jim Hendon has trespassed on MY land and put a tripod stand directly in one of the main deer trails to the area of my stand..  Within a Hundred yards.  He without question does not have permission to hunt there.  First day he got a seven point Buck I wouldn't shoot any ways..  I have been cursed, threatened and sabotaged for four years in so many documented ways I could not even began to list them..  </p>

The latest thing is that water was poured into my gate lock in 15 degree weather last night and I had icicles in my frozen lock when I attempted to get in this morning.  Then, All along the front line of my area at each main deer trail I found Corn kernels spread there last from just last night.  The purpose is to set me up for a TWRA violation and to shut down the baited area until the bait is gone and the waiting period required by TWRA.</p>

I refuse to allow these dastards to run me out from a place I have hunted for 15 years.  </p>

Here is what I found this morning >>> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqC7t-MBW7I</p>

There are laws against hunter harassment. Call the regional TWRA office and ask them to have the local officer contact you. Chattanooga is in Region III, 1-800-262-6704.

I would have every law enforcment officer I could on this. My question is, is this a leased piece of property or do you have written or verbal permission. I would think a pissed landowner carries more weight than a hunter. Crazy....

Is the property you hunt properly posted? If not you should post it and put cameras on the signs. He will surely remove them.

Camo painted 8'..2x4 with black 4" deck screws...buried in the brush....would stop a lot of that driving on your property. Just don't for get where you put them.

There is usually two sides to the story. I'm not saying what you are saying isn't true, but you could have a set of nuts and knock on his door. Maybe he feels that he has been used, harassed, or shat on in some way. Wouldn't you like to know from the guy Why these things are being done to you. Do you have video of him icing your lock, or cutting a fence, or ruining over trees under your stand?

This isn't 1950. A set of nuts too big will have you pushing up daisies. Sometimes you have to decide if it's worth it. I would go through the proper channels and let the law handle it.

You could just find a different place to hunt?

That's not easy to come by in the Chattanooga area. I've been here 6 years and only have about 40 acres I can hunt and I share that with 2 other people. Also, I haven't been able to find a descent lease within a hours drive.

Kyle Walling in Van Buren County Knows all about this crap... Still waiting and waiting on his help.</p>

churly - 11/25/2013 11:35 AM Im still curious what the land owner knows about the hunting and harassment going on
</p>

He does but resides in Florida.. I can not create a problem for him that would jeopardize the good graces I receive from him already. The Owner of all the surrounding Property is aware of this but is hearing Lies from Hendon. I have a copy of a Liable letter he has sent out to the owners. The area owner is in Mississippi. Same with him on pissing him off... Both Owners 100% support me from a distance, They have explained to Officer Walling of my rights and authority. Still I tolerate these idiots.</p>

Question me as to is this area worth it ... Hell yes. Seeing 15 deer most every time I go hunting and allowing Bucks to pass that most Hunters would consider a Buck of a lifetime are only a part of the reason I stay.. You may have seen the ten point from last year and the ten Point from a couple weeks ago from that location. But the biggest thing is I refuse to allow these two to run me out... "Period" and unlike Phucbama when I say Period it is fact.

I know exactly what the reason is. Jim Hendon hunts the adjacent property and realizes that the crossings in my area is far better. He has cut a shooting lane through my area and with me there it defeats his goal to trespass... He wants all the area for himself.. He has never been willing to discuss terms for sharing the area with me.. we both could expand our range in a civil manner to benefit the both of us.. He is just too much of a crazy man doing the spite work... I have not even mentioned many things here like. spreading Wildlife deterring chemicals throughout my area so strong I could smell them enough to irritate my nose. Deer were acting as if they were getting stung by yellow jackets as they entered into my shooting zone.. Shaking their heads wildly and blowing to clear their breathing until they run from the area...</p>

I need TWRA NOW!</p>

When I asked is it worth it, I was referring to the post of risking your life over. Im much like you as I won't let people walk all over me, but you have to be smart in your method. People are crazy and stupid these days. From the trouble this guy is going to to harrass you I would think he fits both definitions. Plus if you ever see him he most likely has a gun in his hands.

How about I come hunt your place. I have been hunting here for FIFTEEN YEARS. Why is it me that should fold. They have no rights, they are just bullies trying to get me to do just as you say.. No one is getting Killed here... They are chicken scheit to do this in my face...</p>
