This forum has always been a place to exchange knowledge and share experiences, good or bad. If we cant share all those experiences the forum looses some value to me. I hope people realize that there are way too many really interesting threads here to spend time worrying about one that offends or bothers you.

ROb did not get to read the first one, but wish I had. My wife probably would have like to read it, she can relate. She is a Georgia girl, and went to a Vols game back in the late 90's and came back to her car with the tires slashed. Because of the Georgia license plate, and the Vols even won that game. Crazy fans!

It's all good folks! To clarify, it wasn't the experience(s) I had at the game that got me riled and caused this post.

This post originated because we have some folks in here who feel they have to be our moral majority, and that their EXACT views are our only path toward righteousness. If in fact I truely wanted to believe like that, then Jim Jones would be offering me Kool-aid from the grave because I then would be a spineless follower.

Worse yet, this all sheds bad light on the Admins because all they really want is to keep the CFF peace. As mods (admins are no different), we get people mad at us because we won't edit the word "damn" out of someone's post ... only to edit it and get someone else mad for changing "damn" to "darn." It's a never ending battle and someone always has to be mad because - as mentioned above - our beliefs might not coincide verbatum with theirs.

I don't know who complained - nor do I care - because they're adolescent. My guess is that this person sits at home watching TV and everytime they come across a channel or a show that they don't like, they'll change the channel and move on. They don't contact the network, they don't email the producer of the show, and they probably don't even enable the 'BLOCK' feature on their system preferences ... they - just - move - on.

Folks - don't be a whiner who complains rather than contributes in here. You have NO IDEA how easy it is to just MOVE ON to the next post without causing a stink if you don't like the contents. Move on ... move on ... move on.

i read your original post also ROB. i thought it was great!!!! never been to UT game but attended several WVU games. there will always be those kind of fans at every game. i could just picture you shoving that kid. i had a good laugh while reading the BAD post. SERIOUSLY, as far as i'm concerned. if someones gonna emoBawl about other peoples posts YOU should find another PUBLIC FORUM to be a FREE MEMBER of. i don't see how this forum could possably be shaped to suit just one person. cry babies are ruining this forum!!!!!!!
