They were using a cast net, probably caught them when they were chasing shad like we see them do all the time. That's why their all about the same size. With names like Coronado Lopez Vail and Manuel Baltazar Apolonio, my bet is they were here illegally in the first place.
They will probably plead ignorance of the law and get a slap on the hand as the government does not want to hurt illegals feelings. Hell' they might even give them a reward .
