Is something wrong with the calendar?

I am trying to stick the Monday B&B Tourney on it and I keep getting this message "This section of the BBS is restricted to specific user accounts. Please return to the BBS."

I am either not authorized any longer or somethings wrong with it.

Yea, something is bad wrong with the calender but look on the bright side, there are some huge ads that you can look at.
