So freakin windy today! We didn't catch but 1 fish for the first 2 hours, and I'm blaming that on the wind. We drifted shiners below the boils and after the sun started going down and some clouds rolled in we started catching fish. We ended up with about 15 fish, and about 8 were smallies, 3 stripers, and 4 were white bass. Other than the wind, it was a great trip!

The appearance of several "little" stripers below Chickamauga bodes well for the future, provided we don't go into drought or "no flow" conditions again.

Yeah, I'm hoping in a couple years I'll be holding that same striper up with an extra 10-15 pounds on him. Rusty stayed in the boat but there was a few times where I thought he was goin in after a fish, Craig talked some sense into him a few times but it all went out the window whenever a fish or piece of trash came up next to the boat.
