Congrats on the boat. Let me know if you need any advice or help finding anything. I know a local place to get the good MARINE carpet and glue from. Stay away from the outdoor stuff at the hardware stores.

I have seen your post on your trolling motor, as soon as I get the major stuff check and repaired and get it to looking like new again, then I am going to start looking for trolling motor and fish finders and other things that I need. I am going to put new bilge pumps and live well pumps in it also.

due to the 2nd divorce i just went thru I couldn't afford a new boat so I bought a used one from a friend that was needing some money for medical reasons. I got an 88 Stratos 181 PRO with a fresh rebuilt 150 Mercury Black Max. I hope to be able to get it on the water for next tx. I need carpet and seats recovered, or replacement seats and trolling motor. Going to be doing some cleanup and testing all the electronics and pumps, bilge and live well equipment.
