Largest 5 fish limit?

I think the 10 fish weight back in the day was Baldy Hall with something like 52lb's. I remember him telling the story in which he caught 3 fish all over 5 on one cast using a DD22. I know that sounds like a story but that was his story and to the best of my knowledge it was true. To hear him tell that story that day, you just couldn't help but believe it and he had the fish to prove it.
 
Everyone that tells that story tells it the same too. I'd say its the one fishing story thats legit. Man, what a catch!

If there is ever a day that I bring in 31 lbs to the dock, and I happen to get beat....I'm hanging it up boys. emoRedface
 
If memory serves me right it was a B.A.S.S. TX back in the 80's and Tommy Biffle had about 35 pounds. On a practice day.
