I really don't think he is worried about his guide business looks to me like he's doing good he is on water almost every day I have fished with mike great guy he is right about the shaker it's ten to one better action than what I've been using only problem is he can't make them fast enough talked to him personally at R@R bait tackle guy behind counter picked up phone called him he offers to overnight me what I was looking for great guy great product keep post coming mike

I can attest to what Mike is saying about the Choo Choo Shaker. I went out on a half day trip with Mike last week and had another brand chatter bait tied on. Every cast I was getting hung up on weeds, grass, primrose, all while Mike was catching fish and fishing the same water I was throwing into. Long story short, I tied on a Shaker and the difference was undeniable i came right thru the foilage without the trash hanging on my bait. Mike, Keep doing what you're doing even if you do get a deal/sponsorship on good baits. - JN

I thought Mike did a great job of telling us all chatterbaits are not created equal... I have no idea what that other bait is he was talking about but it was clear he felt the one he was using was superior... I am totally fine with that. I like Mikes reports and value his opinion... free baits or not. Keep it up Mike.

I'm with Blue76. I have no clue what other bait he was ( BASHING ) ...lol.. Just that for the price of it, it couldn't perform like the CHOO CHOO. That's all I got from it. But I may go buy one now that I've heard some performance info on them....LOL.

I would also like to invite everyone that has replied in this Forum to check out my web site and go to custom carter shaker in the drop down box and when you see the picture with price scroll down and watch video, turn volume up so that you then will understand why it is a good bladed jig. Let me know what each of you think. Thanks

The Jackhammer price is outrageous!! My buddy has won a lot of money on it this year. So he justifies paying the price. For me just give me any bladed jig and i'll catch fish. I swear these bass don't sit there and say oh look Bassy it's a jackhammer!!! I get reaction strikes on them just like I do traps and other reaction baits. I have So much confidence in fishing right now and to me that is Everything in this sport!

I have a few jackhammers myself. I have yet to catch a fish on them. I've caught my PB on a Zman custom. I stopped by RandR yesterday and picked up a couple of the Choo Choo Shakers. They look pretty good. One thing I love is the split ring between the head and blade. That should allow it to put off more vibration then even the jackhammer does.

Guys I have never bought a Shaker or a Jackhammer. Only 2 chatterbaits I have thrown are the original Chatterbait and the Pure Poison. I'm done with talking about this. Everyone have a good weekend.

I think everyone is grateful that you're done talking about this!

Sorry TR next time I will spend my time bashing a competitor and promoting my own. Is that a more positive way to spend time just curious.

a more positive way to spend your time would be on the water fishing or just not challenging or bashing someone who has a lot more credibility on these boards than you do.
