OK here is the last picture before all new wood is glassed in, Sat and Sun is cram day .. its going to be warm, and I'm going to be very busy .. I have the 2 new outside stringers cut to fit, and they and the rest of the support pieces in transom will all go in Sat .. and hopefully on Sunday the middle Stringer and floor will go in .. this only leaves a few minor details to do on the top then it will go back on by next weekend if the warm weather hold a few more days

Here is a pic of the outside stringers removed and ready to install the new ones, the middle stringer I will do last so I can lay a piece of plywood across the new stringer to make it easier to reach the middle stringer .. cant reach it standing outside the boat .. and I ain't about to stand or sit on the bare glass with my fat butt .. I have enuff to fix without a hole in the bottom of the boat too!

ANYONE WANA HELP ? Only requirements is you must like getting glass dust on you, getting sticky and ruining your clothes, the smell of resin, and fresh cut wood! emoLaugh emoLaugh emoLaugh emoScratch emoCrazy emoGoofy

And a comparrison pic of the way it was day one

NRG, I hope you make your deadline and the warmer weather holds for you, you will have something to be prowd of one day and I hope it is sooner than later.

Wow, what a lot of hard work, Looks like some good progress. Hope you can get it done b 4 the cold weather sets in. I know it's hard to work that fibreglass when the wx is cold. It takes tarps and heaters! emoSmile Good luck emoThumbsup Been keeping up with your progress

well .. the transom is glassed all in, one stringer glassed mostly in .. the support braces glassed on one side, Too cold to even work on anything outside till about 10am this morning .. I went out at first light to do some wood work b4 got warmed up .. and my teeth where chattering .. so went back in.

Today I had to finish dry fitting the stringers and transom braces, that took longer than I wanted

Tomorrow the other stringer gets glassed in and the one that I did today gets the rest of the glass on it, and the transom supports will get glassed in, then I can lay a board across the new stringers and work on the middle one. Maybe I'll get lucky and get the floor in by Tuesday or at least the front half anyway!

Im using Halogen lights for heaters to keep it warm as long as possible, as soon as the sun drops so does the temp .. AS long as I can get 2 hrs of cure while the sun is out Im good with the lights.

here is a pic from a few minutes ago of today's progress
