Sorry for the late report, just joined the forum. We fished a tourney at chick finishing 8th out of 13 boats. It took 18 and change to win. We fished across the river from Chester Park. My fishing partner was snake bit and could not buy a bite. I had some luck with a Spro Littlejohn C/B on rocky points at cove openings. Caught most of the keepers on a wackey rigged Strike King Shim E Stick sweet tator pie color. The first few fish came unbuttoned on the first jump. I had started using the rubber o ring and also had my drag to light for the medium lite rod I was using. Stopped using the o rings and tightened the drag and put a 4.25, 3.5, and two 16 inch LM in the boat. I really believe it was more the drag than the o ring though. Starting to really like that wackey rig.
