My very first Deer kill with a compound bow.

Well after dreaming about this day for roughly 20 years give or take. I have finally went hunting and killed my first deer. It is a memory i will have forever and wish to do it till the day I die. I have fished for most of my life and wanted to hunt as well. I just have not had the opportunity to do so till this year. So here she is I shot her from my tree stand at about 20 yards. She went about 100 yards or so It felt like forever to find her I started to wonder if I made a bad shot and get worried. Didn't see her till I was 10ft from her.

Congratulations!! That is a really special moment. I clearly remember my first bow kill 5 years ago...just me and a dead deer in the woods... Didn't really know what to do at that point, hadn't thought it through very well, never thought I would actually get one! Your hooked now!
