Need some Info please

I recently broke two of my abu garcia rods. One was a 7' veritas the other a 7'6 vendetta. I know they are covered under a warranty I'm just confused on how it all works. Do I personally need to ship both rods to one of their warranty centers? Or can I take both the broken rods to sportsmans warehouse and let them ship it for me? Any input would help thanks

They may make them up at the store. I have to give Academy a shout out. They exchanged one for me, that I got as a gift in March. No questions ask.

As far as Sportsmans goes I think after 30 days you have to ship the rods to the factory on your own.

Ok thanks guys. I'm gonna get the broke ones replaced and do away with abu. Haven't had a lot of luck outta them here recently

I broke the tip off of my Shimano Cumara and took it to Sportsmans and they sent it off for me a couple of weeks later the mailman dropped off a brand new rod.
