New York offers proposed fishing regulation changes

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Commissioner Pete Grannis today announced proposed changes to the current freshwater fishing regulations to better enhance fishing opportunities and protect the State's freshwater fisheries resources. DEC will be accepting public comments on the proposals until November 2, 2009.</p>
