I was at parksville this morning and saw some similar feeding pattern on the point nearest to the boat ramp. Tiny lil slivers of fish were breaking the surface. I thought they were bugs! Clipped 2 inches off of my only clouser (blue) and cast into the fray and hooked up to a lil LM. I know these are two diff bodies of water but it sounds like its "back to school" time right now for the little guys- I'll try some sawed off clousers and maybe some crazy Charlie's later this week at the Dam and let you guys know how I do-
