Night fishing at Riverpark

I live in Pikeville and was thinking of coming to the riverpark below Chicamauga Dam and fishing overnight tonight.  I served on Federal jury this past Monday  morning and left early enough to fish for an hour or so.  I fished the pier just aways past Chatt. St.  I caught two spots on a spittin, image, than threw a square-billed shallow running crankbait, caught two more spots and missing several other hits.  I've got a Blacklight and a spotlight with styrofoam around it to float on the water.  I was wondering about the best piers or areas to fish at night for cat, crappie,ANYTHING!!  Thanks for your always helpful advice CFF'ers!!!

You might want to hold that thought until the T-storms move out of the area. I'm hearing that it'll be clear after midnight
