TW has been a trip maker for me. Finding a pattern and needing more gear for the bite, they have overnighted me tackle to hotels and rental properties where I've fished as well as the free shipping to my home when I'm not in a hurry.
I have to second all of the positive posts. The worst thing that I experienced was having to wait a few weeks on a certain bait that was on back order and when they shipped my order, they threw in a couple free baits for the wait. During the waiting time, they sent me several emails about the status of my order.
I have experienced good service from TW, including price and shipping. Also, TW is the only tackle retailer with a wide variety of lures, plastics, line, marine items, terminal tackle, etc., many of which are not available locally or at BPS.
