hey all .. As some of you know .. I had a warped head emoVomit emoBadLanguage , got the warp fixed ... just spent couple hours getting it all back together and tested... no more stalling, no more overheating, this project was scary at first , head bolt threads in block striped out from last owner over torquing the head bolts, and one just couldnt handle all the torque .. so I removed head and found the head to be about 3-5 thousandths out warped, I had the head machined back to spec, fixed the striped threads, installed new head gasket, water jacket gasket, thermostat, unclogged the pee hole, and replaced the hose to the pee hole no pees and can see the water flowing in the line as well.

So this afternoon or Sunday will take it out and run it hard .. if all goes well no more issues emoApplause emoApplause

PS .. Dont guess at head bolt torque, get a torque wrench and find out what the bolts are supposed to be torqued at !!! Check your pee hole , run a paper clip up in there to make sure its free and clear, if you keep boat outside do it several times a year ! Also check your head bolt torque at least once a year .. they sometimes loosen up
