NRG, Glad to hear of your step of faith. Will pray for you & hope to bring you my boat soon for some carpet & upholstery repair.
Trust me I want no debt .. I thought about borrowing the money to build a 40x60 shop here at the house but after checking the zoning .. decided that was a waste of money .. Im zoned a1/r1 agriculture and single family , but in order to have a shop had to be attached to the house, and nothing visible from street all boats had to be stored inside, that and my mother in law complaining and whining about the traffic etc . .. decided to find a place to rent or buy .. decided to rent after all .. ya just never know .. if I out grow this place Im looking at .. maybe then buy a bigger shop ? But at least with rent .. if you dont like it you can just leave.
Or may have the option of doing lease to own on this shop ?

Sean, I have already started on making my second million $$$$$$$ doing sheetmetal work, selling and working on computers, selling at flea markets, selling sheets and shirts etc..........I gave up on my first million.

Well I have a update .. I have secured the fundage to pay first months rent and get power turned on , I have a lot of cleaning to do .. place is a wreck, and needs paint badly, I Have a lot of stuff to get moved in ..
But it already has a big air compressor, 12-15 cfm !
I can begin taking boats in for repair in by the end of next week if all goes well .. so .. if yall are ready I will soon be lol .. I have lots of parking . bring on your carpet jobs, transom repairs what ever .. I need to make the rent for next month lol .. .. the Shop is at 8011 Hixson Pike 1.3 miles from Thrasher Pike, going north .. look to your left for Tattoo Shop, I'm in the back drive between the two brick buildings .
Used to be another fiberglass shop back there several years ago, he retired

YES , I have a business Partner, he does Upholstery 25+ yrs doing it, he prob will be sharing the space with me soon.. He does great work, He will pick up at the shop and will redeliver when completed, I will reinstall. I do some upholstery work too on my own, but he is faster .. so I let him do it . it works for both of us.. and it make a one stop shop if your getting other things done as well.
If I could get James ( Wrechin2 ) out of his house and over here .. you would not need to go anywhere else to get your whole boat repaired and or restored!
We would spend weeks moving everything!!!! LOL!!! I just got my mill set up and all the wiring and stuff just how I like it. I just came up at 1:35 AM chatt time and I had no drive to get home. Jumped in the shower and in bed by 2:05. Was milling out Ditchdocs intake to accept the Boyesen reeds. Engine will start going together tomorrow for a Friday morning install. Later.
