Ok Guys and Gals here is the boat completely separated, found more rot .. looks like I'll be replacing all the stringers .. oh well .. its just as easy to do part of a stringer as it is to do all .. This coming week I'll be cutting out old stringers trying to save as much as possible for a pattern of each stringer, once all the old wood and excess old glass is removed and all ground smooth I can start making stringers and transom, then I will dry fit it all. then start encasing the wood in glass. Then can glass it permanently in the boat. Then put the top back on and get to work on the cosmetic issues.
