Update. I just talked to Eric over the phone and he said that Rachel's surgery couldn't have gone any better. Praise God! Eric said that he really appreciates all of the payers that were sent up from this post. Hopefully he will have a few minutes in the next week or two to post again. Let's all continue to keep this family in our payers.
I communicated with Eric via text message today and he said they are now home and that Rachel is doing great! Continue to pray for her healing. Also pray for Eric as I'm sure he'll will be taking on a lot of extra responsibility during Rachel's healing process.
